Maybe make it a meta to have thumbs up on petitions like we used to in the old days, like, GBS has some insane number of thumbs up, that way the decision makers can use popular sentiment as a factor

Mhm. Like, I’ll come out and say just my gut reaction to “ST veto” is to remember at the time of its initial vote, I was surprised and a bit sad #a-damsels-tragic-haircut made it. I’ve since come around a lot and heard people refer to it for things completely different than what I got caught up in as perfectionist ST seeing a different (more involved sure but different) perspective on the game and realizing from a lot of outside perspectives and from reading the game without other context, it is a good show-off of things not seen elsewhere on the server and in time has become a game I’m proud of.

I doubt it’ll happen frequently or even again, but just… honestly to some extent it makes me think when the community really likes a game even if someone involved has bad feelings especially at the time, it can be good to let those in the more emotional place have the space and even if they don’t want to share their experiences for privacy and other reasons understand other perspectives and be clear when deciding if a game should be OSA. That’s my full thought on veto, and why I’m not 100% opposed but appreciate sunlight
