Is there a reason off server archival is a mod only command?
With channel space consistently being an issue, why not enable STs to off server archive their own games if they're not interested in waiting around for the hall of fame?

It's in the pipeline, last time I did it I broke the whole archiving process
Originally it allowed any channel to be archived to any channel in any server, hence the mod restriction
