Fearmonger doesn't do much with Vigor, Widow also doesn't do a whole lot although it does more

It discourages an already weak demon from using their ability because if you hit the Hatter you don't want to change off of Vigormortis/move the demon with chaos Hatter

No I think it's a second minion I don't really want to Vigor kill

And I generally don't want to have more than one minion on a script that I don't want to Vigor kill
