Also be careful about questions like "Which characters are your neighbors?" THe problem with that one is that its either really easy if the neighbors are evil. Similraly, giving that question at all implies the Visionairy doesnt neihbor evil. For that example question, it should probably be "Which characters are your good neighbors?"

My plan was to show the Fencer n1 and give them misinformation to immediately clue the town that something strange was going on: it worked, but because the Soldier never died and the High Priestess never claimed, the Archivist didn't have the tools to solve it (they died n2 and the Pixie broke madness)

I actually forgot about the interaction where the Archivist can kill the Obscrul while dead, so in retrospect, I probably should've swapped Pixie for a Townsfolk that was more obvious when poisoned

Was overall a good time and seems like the players enjoyed the script - I'll try running it again

Once sorta nice thing about the Archivist the players realized is that because the only source of Outsider manipulation is a Demon, they still have pretty useful info by figuring out which Demon it is

Also, you may not be able to rely on your voting power without that communication

And realistically, a potential meta for a good Changeling is to just immediately claim your partner’s role to an alive person or publicly.

Because the evil one has to actually coordinate with their new team. The role claim is less hard if they’re paying attention, but evil changeling needs time to reconnect

In a weird way, it can gain benefits of an extra evil vote and kill, but not as much as either Minion

Mez gets better coordination and more alive evils while Changeling is basically a temporary Beekeeper

And even in death, you always lose a member of your team

And if you’re a Changeling who hits Townsfolk, you are a lower cost Virgin who gets more info

Assasian is a bit closer, but it’s still a self killing Assasian at best. It advances the evil win con, but you pay for it having a new recruit who likely has less steady bluffs. Not to mention one who could be the new Demon & in need of full protection

Hi, another question for Fifth Wind, I assume Huli Jing could potentially register as a Townsfolk to the Au'Wre ability, therefore making the Au'Wre not learn that they have correctly guessed one of their Minions?

The Despoina is a unique character. She gains the powerful ability to make all protection abilities at night fail - she's like a Vortox for Bad Moon Rising type scripts. But this ability can only be gained once she has killed an outsider.

Fortunately for her, she has the unique ability to "kill an Outsider" before the game even begins. However, the Despoina does not learn when this has happened - she might end up chasing shadows, trying to kill an Outsider when she's already killed one.

As a character, she's ideal for death puzzle type scripts that need Outsider modification that isn't Godfather. In terms of jinxes, Despoina comes with one:

Despoina-Xaan - Despoina counts as having "killed an Outsider" during setup if the Xaan made the Outsider count lower than usual.

Since the Xaan makes the Outsider count arbitrary, it would be impossible for both good and the Despoina themselves to figure out if the Despoina ability is active without this jinx.

Is the intent of Occultist madness that it can be maintained by claiming "the same answers to a changing question", or is this a break? That is -- if an Occultist claims an Oracle 0 on n2 with 2 dead, are they intended to be able to safely claim a 0 on n3 with 4 dead, or is this insufficiently "new"? Similar: Empath numbers, Flowergirl/Town Crier info (and do all of these have the same answer or not?)
