First playtest was today, people liked the script
Evil won, though not by a landslide
It was at a bit of an awkward player count for evil (10) so I added a godfather and there didn't end up being a load of info in town
so LM babysitter slipped under the radar all game
Was fun though
gossip feels very strong here
you should try a game with gossip and see how it goes

It could be too strong
It's my favorite role though
so I selfishly put it on for my sick and twisted bluffing desires
I need a better name for this script
maybe "Doctor's Office" because of someone trying to get rid of a lleech parasite or lil monsta going in for a checkup
if you want a good name you should have 2-3 notable roles and base the name off of those
Pacifist Lleech is ehhhhhhh
They interact poorly for a multitude of reasons
Oracle also feels quite out of place here
There’s nothing it interacts particularly well with
So most of its interactions just delegate it to “sometimes helps if good kills evil early”
What would you say oracle interacts particularly well with if not LM minions
And yeah, as someone mentioned earlier, Gossip remains extremely difficult to bluff
I see no real interaction there outside of “LM might kill minions late game”
Which is meh
It's useful to know evils are dead

Especially with LM and mez
But I can see it not being particularly interesting
Maybe I'll throw in some more stuff to muddy gossip
I think pacifist is fine here
It's something players can test to confirm goods and it adds some uncertainty to Lleech. I also just like it and I think it's pretty strong if you don't run it as an outsider
I never assume the Pacifist will be run badly
My issue here is that it doesn’t play well with Lleech at all
It’s a terrible host
And encourages good to lower their survival instinct
Which is a recipe for disaster
I’m not entirely sure what you would replace them with
I'm gonna leave gossip in cause I like it, and also it was a super successful bluff the first game we played so I'm biased by anectdotal evidence
I always struggle with picking townsfolk
How did the gossip bluff even succeed in your game
Without any method of generating extra kills
Gossip is a doomed bluff from the start
Even though GF could technically bluff the Gossip effect
It’s highly unreliable
And not realistic to assume
Which is what makes me on the fence on Gossip
If you do want to keep it
I advise putting Assassin on the script as well
Assassin does a far better job bluffing Gossip and muddling Gossip info
