Loading screen stuck at 25% in Ciitywars

When I start the game citywars, my loading screen ist stuck at 25%, I just started the game for the first time. I was sent here by Renagale

i have had this problem for a few days, since the server downtime few days ago. since then i have deleted all files related to the game, uninstalled, reinstalled in same location, and again reinstalled in different location. still stops at 25 percent

all was good until the servers went down

Hey we looked yesterday together with bam into the issue and it seem to affect every user that was logged in at the exact moment of the server restart for the update back than. It’s not a problem on your side it’s on us some playerdata on the server causes the problem preventing you from logging into the game.

It will probably take a day until we fixed it 🥲 but I will keep everyone here updated if we get any news

I maked download the Cubio the site. And moment how start cubio, the message appaerared "Citywars Avange_Unity2021" and stopped opening cubio in my laptop.

Could you go into the launcher settings and open the game log path so @naive musk could give it a look?
