Hi, I'm a freshman and want to drop a class but it's locked and I know it's not actually required for me since I have not chosen a major yet. Navigate does not have anyone I can email and I just want to be sure of who I should talk to.

You can’t dropped a locked class. You also should’ve picked a learning community. If you choose CS, they’ll place you into your next available math class to take, in which, is Calc 2 for you.

Hm, then idk why they put you in Calc 2. But it doesn’t hurt to take it since if you end up in CS, you’ll take it anyways 🤷‍♂️

You have to ask the advisor, usually FAO office since you are freshman. Then an advisor that’s in the FAO office can change your schedule
