I also saw that before orientation and emailed the help desk and they said to ignore that because we're students not staff.
Also student email is Microsoft outlook, mobile app use outlook not gmail
All Hunter faculty, staff and students receive an email account automatically. Email is provided by different services and platforms depending on user category.
