Bursar Email Clarification

I payed the remaining $5 few days ago. My fafsa has been pending for spring. I just got this email saying I need to pay. Can I ignore this?

Go to the make a payment page. If theres no bal you cant pay anything

Clearly you do not pay if you got pending aid n it covers. Read the bottom.
