Can Profs Legally Record Students Taking Exams?
what if the prof doesn't allow students to take the exam w/o giving consent? is there any kind of workaround?
Is this through zoom?
If it’s through zoom it gives you a notification that they are recording
the web traffic part is scary lol
Yea ur pretty much forced into being recorded
My Spanish professor would do that to us and do a 3 strike rule and your given an automatic 0 if she thinks your acting weird too much. Aka your camera too high, you mute your mic, your light is off , your eyes are looking not at your screen
Unfortunately no work around as it’s school policy I believe. Unless you do the exam in person
