I need a replacement for my OneCard but I’m not sure whether I need to book an appointment beforehand or if I can j walk into the onecard office

You can just straight walk in, they are now located at west right side when you walk in the gates.

Make sure to pay bursar the replacement fee and getting the receipt before you go to OneCard to ask for replacement.
