I've had a couple chances now to play with the Inexhaustibility proc from SMoReichsman runs (one on a level 50, and one that I passed to a mid-20s alt), and I think it may be in need of a buff. First, 30 seconds out of combat to start getting procs seems a bit on the high end, especially considering how fast most teams tend to run in this game (outside of SM runs especially, but even while running one 30s is a good chunk of time). With absolutely no extra Regen outside of the inherent Health and Stamina, you'll regain ~20-25% health and stamina before procs begin processing, depending on slotting and toggle drain (it's 48s to go from 0-100 endurance with no toggles on). After that, procs activate approximately every 8 seconds (7.5PPM?) for 18% hp or 10% stamina, but not for both. It also appears, at least anecdotally, that the odds are weighted about 2:1 or 3:1 in favor of HP over Endurance. My experience has largely been that I finish combat with either enough health/stamina that I'm back to full before the procs begin, or low enough that I want to just activate Rest (which results in being back to full before procs begin). I have not yet had a time where I want to activate Rest and had it still be on cooldown from the last time, which may be where this proc shows it's best benefit.

Given the difficulty of obtaining this enhancement, I think it may be in need of some tweaking to bring it into balance with the difficulty required to earn. I would suggest either lowering the time for procs to begin to 10 or 15 seconds, or having the proc trigger both the HP and Endurance at the same time. I'm also not entirely sure that both would be too overpowered, considering the difficulty required.

It's a flat 50% chance to proc for each effect every 10 seconds for 20% HP (200% Regen in pvp) and 10% Endurance. These chances are independent of one another and not mutually exclusive.

While I understand that it may seem underpowered in pve, I think it's best to see what effect this has on PvP before adjusting timing. That way we can determine if the timing should be adjusted for all aspects or if Endurance needs to be broken into pvp and pve effects (currently they are combined).

If it's a 50% chance that's not mutually exclusive, then I'd expect to see a double proc about 1-2 times per minute. I never saw a single one across multiple minutes. 8 vs 10 seconds is probably me having bad reflexes on starting and stopping my phone timer.

The 18 vs 20% I would guess is possibly due to rounding somewhere in the calculation (I don't have anything on that character that gives +Max HP to make it a base vs enhanced issue), but on a level 30 Guardian it heals for 131.23 out of 729.08, which is 17.9993%. At 20%, I would expect a heal of 145.82. on my level 50 blaster, it heals for 192.76, which is 11.689% of the enhanced HP (1649.01), and 16% of the base HP(1204.75). At 20%, I would expect a heal of either 329.80 or 240.95.

Ok, clarification time...

The heal from Inexhaustibility is a scale 2 heal (baseline 20%) that is then modified by the heal table of the AT its used on. Values of this table are level-dictated and calculated on base HP at a given level. This table is almost universally associated with ally-targeted heals. Blaster values were not adjusted upward when their base HP was increased because their primary role does not include healing others.

When you see 18%, that would be because the Guardian table is reducing it to 90% of the base 20%. To be expected as Guardians have innate forms of personal mitigation. Brutes, Stalkers, Tankers, Scrappers, and Khelds share the same reduction.

In that case, outside of an admittedly low n-value of possibly not double proccing, I'd say the enhancement is functioning as designed. I'd still say that it probably underperforms in PvE content at least for the time/difficulty required to obtain. I don't PvP much outside of the occasional event (which tends to be much more tournament style, ending in a death, which wouldn't allow this to begin functioning), so I can't speak on it's effectiveness in more open world PvP. @blissful minnow would be my go-to for that, probably. If he wants to test it out, I'm willing to loan one of mine to him to get his feedback, assuming he hasn't gotten one of his own already.

Also, just to confirm, but Inexhaustibility is not supposed to be Catalyzible, correct?
