So it has always kind of bothered me that, powers like Rune of Protection and the epic pool version of Indomitable Will can't be used while mezzed. They have to be used preventatively, but can't be used reactively. On my ill/rad, I have enough recharge to make Indom perma, so it's not usually a problem, but when you consider things like challenge modes where you lose your recharge bonuses, powers like this become less useful since you have to use them more sparingly, and having to use it preventatively means you can often end up using it in a case where you wouldn't have been mezzed anyways, making that cast a waste. Then there's Rune, which has such a long recharge that you can never have it perma anyways, and since you can't use it reactively, by the time you find yourself mezzed, it's already too late to use it.
I think being able to use these as a "break free" in your pocket would make them much more worthwhile power picks, because I feel like I don't see a lot of people taking these powers in their builds. If there any other long recharge click powers with mez protect that this would apply to, I'd suggest the same for them, although these two are the only ones that come to mind at the moment.
