I was cast as a kind of feminine character despite my more androgynous voice. There’s one line that feels like it doesn’t sound right coming from my voice— I’ve never been girly, personally, so I’m finding it tough to figure out a way to deliver this. It’s not just with this role, I’ve avoided auditioning for lots of female characters because of this and I feel like it’s limiting me :(
Does anyone have any advice?

Why don't you post the line and a recording of you saying it? Then we'll know what you're talking about.
it is hard for us to give you much meaningful advice when we don't have any audio to help you with, but as a man who narrates audiobooks, when I do a girl's voice I just bring my voice up a little bit, not into a falsetto or anything just up by a couple of notes, and then just soften my voice by relaxing my throat and lifting my chin. people often overshoot when trying to do a voice of the opposite gender, it's not as different as you would think.
Hopefully when people listen to your work they're already immersed in the story, so they'll be more willing to accept that the character sounds however she sounds and won't micro-analyze your performance
