Virus Modifier Concept

I think the concept of a virus modifier would be a cool addition, it would function as a severe distraction during rounds.
Warning popups, advertisements, screen filters (glitchy screen and effects etc), and basically anything else you'd associate with a virus, with whole purpose of blocking your vision.
I'd give the idea that popups can be manually closed but would also disappear after a period of time (the bar on the bottom will tell you) and could possibly move around a bit. I haven't really thought everything through but I thought I'd share some silly concepts I did quickly (im no artist so) something, something like this:
