Map creation

I'm looking for some help with creating my first map.
There's 2 main question I have.
When I go to whitelist it says "asset is not for sale", how do i enable it so that i can whitelist it?
Do the wallhops, wallruns, buttons, etc, work in the editor or only in TRIA.os?

first of all, if you need help go and ask in development help, second, click on create on the website then go to development items and click models, then click on the model you want to whitelist, then just click the put on sale button, lastly, it does not work in editor unless you have tria map runner as it only works in tria
