alright 2026 lets go uh i made a ton of goals for myself on like every aspect i wanna explore within myself
you cant guess what the top one is for mapmaking (finish ts ts map)
so one big thing i really need to consider is dropping the drawcalls of the galadome
(and triangles but i alr know what is causing it)
theres just a lotta stuff in this room and it is by a wide margin the laggiest part of the map
to the point that i can actually feel that lag LOLLLLLLLL so that is smth ill work on soon

faces that dont need to be subdivided dont have 6 extra cuts between them
now this map still absolutely eats the optimization wagon but that is smth for me to deal with later

The issue I have with the map (and have had since release, honestly) is that the diffculty is fairly second half heavy to the point that its really the only hard parts of the map

i think the tower being hard is ok its the fact the map doubles down with its ending
i kinda wanna make sections 2 & 3 not a push over and ill keep probably everything the same? nerfing the map risks it dropping into peak extreme anyway ive done as much as i think i can do
