GMOD mounting problem

Right now GMOD is in an external hard drive and not my main laptop, so is the game im mounting (TF2) but for some reason the textures arent registered and I am thinking the problem lies with the games being external.

have you tried running the map without any addons

hmmm

i could try that, but right now I believe the issue is the fact that TF2 the game itself is on an externam hard drive

and I don't know if GMOD can link to it

ill try it later when I am sure it's the problem

you could still try, just in case to check it isnt any addon thats causing it. does TF2 itself work, can you launch it?

disabled all addons, still broken

will launch tf2 now

to check if its working

I have a theory but Ill report back considering the 600mb update I had to put in
