well its an issue I have in the game and I've had no look asking or looking somewhere else since there's either no place to talk about it, nobody knows, or just doesn't answer

Then making it its own prop.

Also some workshop addons exist for generic buildings, you may find this one in one of these props.

as for the map extraction method, the tool is “Hammer++” I mistakenly wrote time.

I would recommend pasting this into chatGPT or Gemini, so you can get started, in learning how to extract this bit of the map
