#Help with finding vanilla models

Basically, I really want to create a playermodel that's basically just a kitbash of other models. Finding models and editing them from an addon is easy, but finding the vanilla models has been a huge battle. Any tips?

I made a photobash of what I'd like for it to look like, and have even been editing textures for it, but I can't find the female_02 model in order to put it in blender and preview my texture.

you can use gcfscape and extract the models from gmod .vpk files

extract everything related to the model and put them in one folder then decompile

Do I turn that folder into a zip file? Cause with crowbar I can't decompile just a folder.

You take all the female_01 or whatever files. Into one directory

no just simply decompile the .mdl but make sure the other files are in it

Will say if you don't edit the mesh, you can use the original VTA

I plan on editing the mesh by replacing the body and adding a hat, would I have to make a new mesh for that? I also plan on using the male skeleton, I think.
