Im leaning more towards weight painting as that's the easiest to fix
its probably the issue anyways as I just used the automatic weight crap from blender.

Also idk if you did something or the creator of the Roblox item but the straw hat's UVs look borked
UGC quality is mixed bag so fair lol
I had one item I got on there that I didn't notice till later it had the normals flipped by accident ðŸ˜
Fixed it when doing renders and stuff but I assume I can't just contact the original creator and tell them cause idk if people can update UGC items
needs some tweeks but it was 100% the weights
anyone else think that looks normal? I think its as good as its getting for a roblox model
Export your model without any armature as fbx and go on mixamo.com and rig your model
Or use accurig
If you struggle to do the weight paint
if I did that I would have to redo the qc file as its for this rig
