with some models I turn into a playermodel there feet are always standing on the back of there feet how do I fix this

stiff shoal
#

you have to configure this:
$ikautoplaylock rfoot 0 0
$ikautoplaylock lfoot 0 0

#

Where the 0's are you put values with 0.1 or 0.5 or whatever you want so that your model configures the feet correctly, (if I'm not mistaken that corrects the problem).

I think you forgot to correct the position of the foot bones when you applied the proportion trick

if you're using the proportion trick script, you have to manually straighten the toe bones and then rotate the foot bones by the same unit after using the first script

#

another thing you could do is replace the foot and toe bones of your model with the hl2 male/female's and then exporting a new proportions sequence with that

#

(make sure you make a new definebones and have the same ikautoplaylock values as the hl2 male/female's)

straighten the toe bones vertically then rotate the foot bones by the same unit

#

then run script 2

U need to ajust in edit mode the angle of the toes bones for made them verticaly, then u gonna have a value of your ajustement,
Copy this value to apply this value on the foot bones
