Garry's Mod makes me reboot my PC

I use the 64bit version.

I stopped playing for a few days when I come back after the updates these days first the game crashes when loading any map, ok, looking around here I read about deleting the BIN folder and verifying steam files, after that it worked and now it loads the map but after a few minutes no matter what I do the game crashes together with my PC and my computer restarts.

I thought it was a Windows error, PC error, some component but no, this happens exclusively with Garry's Mod. What the heck is going on?

did you delete the bin folder in GarrysMod and the bin folder in garrysmod

Yes, as I said above, the game would close when loading a map so I did what you said, but now it causes the whole computer to restart after a few minutes in game.
