everytime i open gmod it kept Crashing idk why
Check your Garry's Mod folder for any new files created.
If GMod crashes like that, a MDMP file may be created, and it may have an associated text file you can read
It'll probably be in the /crashes folder. The name's been switched a few times over the last decade but just look for the most recent "Date Modified" files
