How do i do that

by running the FactoryReset-GMod.bat in the GarrysMod folder
this will reset almost everything, including addon data, (but not addons, dupes, or saves)

False alarm, it did not work, its still saying the sme just not as frequently

Also the factory reset is stuck on 6/7
