Sounds like an addon issue. You will need to figure out which addon is causing the music to play, and unsubscribe from it on the Steam Workshop

If you know the filename for the sound in question, you can use the Extended Spawnmenu and run a Whereis

i disabled all mods but problem not solved
You need to restart the game for sound changes to take effect.
