unable to join any mutiplayer server

i just realised everything i put inhere was deleted

anyway
i cant load in to any server, i normally play with friends and coming back from a long break i found out my game now gets stuck at "lua started"
i have uninstalled, i have factory reseted, i have even wiped it from my PC and it wont work
at first i thought it was the mods but when i tried to join a server with no mods it still did this
to make sure i even tried to host a server and found out no one can connect to any server i host
anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

i have waited something like 2 hours stright and it wont connect

Do you have 50+ pages of addons?

Or it could be that they are on a different branch all together
