I'm not a pro but I don't think missing texture addons will fix it. It just means that the map maker used models and/or textures that they didn't include in the map download. Try checking the map desc if there's anything.

That first one is Dropsonde, correct? It says it requires Episode 2, do you have that mounted?

Looking at it, it seems that the blend effect is missing. It's clearly a missing texture effect right where the textures are supposed to blend, but with one half being each of the two blended textures.

Do you have a way to figure out the name of the missing model? Based on the arrow pointing there it might be a switch.
