This seems silly. Why not just make some code the makes adv2 use express? If you copy adv2 and express then you can't get updates for either of them

Which is important, both of them update in ways that aren't backwards compatible

That is much cleaner than copying 2 addons together

Adv2 and express are living projects. They do and will change over time.

Your addon can't reasonably or reliably keep up with those changes without constant effort from you.
