I was just playing garry's mod in a map And then I hear this heart beat sound and. It was giving me Damange. And when it did it was showing a black screen in game and then it was gone and came right back again. So I left the game and check my addons and I couldn't find the name of the mod and I don't know what is happening so I just need to know what is this mod so I can delete it or What is cuasing this.

I already fixed it btw. I mean like I fixed my garrys mod and addons. So when I went back to the map it was not showing heart beat or the black screen thing again
