Have you tried temporarily disabling all of your addons by using the launch options
-noworkshop -noaddons
to make sure it is not addon-related?

One thing that can help is running the
FactoryReset-GMod.bat
file in your GarrysMod game folder.
Using this will reset the game and settings to its default state - you will lose any settings that have been changed and potentially any saved data, such as duplications. Addons will not be removed.

there's a god mode option when making a sandbox server, change it then enter it then u can restart it on singleplayer OR u can enter and in utilities u can change it
