you need to add env_cubemap and point it at the water
Ok it works but it became invisible again
Also none of my props float in the water
Maybe you should change texture of the water
Or, maybe, there is some leaks
OR you carved the water
I fixed the leaks
The texture doesn’t really matter it does the same thing

Only the top side of the brush is water? The water brush doesnt cut through any other brushes?

Ahh yeah that could be the problem.
For a beginner, I actually liked keeping a bucket of water in the map, because it's really sensitive to map issues, and immediately shows when something is wrong.
Also none of my objects float
They just sink to the bottom

I took a look at the map briefly (I didn't have much time), I have a few ideas.
You've applied the water texture on multiple brush faces, and the wiki suggests having multiple water surfaces in proximity breaks it.
How do I remove those brush faces
You could retexture them to "nodraw" which will resolve the issue.
You could also try deleting all the water related brushes and just creating one block, and only placing the water texture on the top face, the rest being nodraw.
You also could try different water textures, since sometimes I've had issues with broken water textures.

I changed the texture
It’s still invisible
But
Idk how to make it on one side
Also my props just fall to the bottom without floating
