Well im not a professional, but L4D2 has the same engine as we know, i have 2 optiosn
just drop the files in gmod and they will load correctly
or you can import to blender and export to gmod
garry's mod should read models from l4d2 without any problems, the main thing is to organize everything correctly into folders, as it was in l4d2, but you won't get any npcs or player models, only ragdoll's
