When i start a map from the beginning is fine but map transitions or loading a new game its stuck on initializing resources

write in the "game properties" in the steam library -dx level 70. If this does not help, then change the number 70 to 90

Anything below 90 isn't supported i dont think

u really shouldnt use dx level 70 if your hardware isnt like 10 years old but alr

2 years isn't long at all

Dx level 70 is for like 10 year old devices

Unless your device is broken you shouldn't need it
