VJ Base broken

when i spawn in an NPC and shoot it, it dies but the NPC is still standing

you have a lot of addons

this is problem

i think its not vj base fault its the npc using the vj base

but before it didnt have this issue but when i reinstalled gmod and launched it, i had this issue

i remember that being a issue
