Hey, I've had this issue for a while, basically the map looks way too bright while having my flashlight off, once I turn it on though it looks completely normal again

if not by the same creator, most likely due to some addon or your graphics drivers

I've tried completely reinstalling gmod a few times now (including deleting the whole folder), I'll try updating my drivers
