Go to settings > controls > advanced settings, and then enable developer console, then press the ` key, it should be under the escape key

Just because you have hit the "right button," which by default is NOT F1, doesn't mean you didn't do something wrong beforehand.

try restarting gmod if it still shows up, and make sure you did unsubcribe them

GMod can be a bit fucky with uninstalling addons haha, sometimes a fresh install fixes it

you can also select multiple of them and subscribe them at the same time. just select the addons, press the gear icon in the bottom left and select unsubscribe selected

thats because the addons arent loaded, saves up loading times when you start the game

these are the only ones active at the moment

the top one just makes everything invisible

the bottom one just doesnt appear

when i equip a wepon from the top on anything i shoot just foes invisible and the guns are playermodel go invis

i think thats because of the addon, try some other mod similiar to that
