I can't open the menu. I believe this is because d3d9.dll is not in the bin folder.
No matter what I do, I cannot get d3d9.dll to be in the bin folder.
I tried downloading it from an external source and copying it, and I could copy it into any folder, EXCEPT the bin folder.
When I copied it to win64 and moved the copy to bin, it just fell into the void and didn't appear in the folder.
No idea if this is where I ask questions about reshade, but the official forums are dead.

the only definition of directory i know is the super archaic one that was the same as what a folder is today
