no texture in preview

My friend tested my mod and he sees the texture

But its not working for me for some reason

This is done in the game, just go to the spawn menu and right click on any prop and there is an option to edit icon or re-render icon

You said you are the only one with the problem. The problem is that you rendered the model and icon when you had a problem with the textures, after you fixed materials you didn't re-render icon's.
