Help with making map?

I'm inexperienced in making maps and don't have the time these days to learn because of work, so if it's not too much to ask, I'd like to hire someone's services either for free or a price if they're willing and able.

Best thing you can do imo is try and sketch or draw out some ideas onto paper. Then try and build what you drew in hammer.
Some other people prefer to hop right in and refine later on.
