debug_dump in console and then read the txt it makes for cvars, it'll be in there

#

maybe it's vcollide_wireframe or smth

#

you can also clear steam cloud in steam game properties, perhaps it returned via the saved config

Missing shader

#

maybe?

#

there should be a message in the console if it is a missing shader

unborn sandal

no not at all

tbh i think it might not be a error or bug, I'm pretty sure its a mod doing it, I'll check again once i can get on my pc again though

it's most definitely an addon, but maybe we can fix the issue for everyone

#

the console messages could help easily pinpoint what addon it is, so it's worth seeing if there are any error messages

yeah, i guess ill have to do the thing where i halve my addon list, see if its still there, and if it is do it again etc etc

#

that or check console yeah

#

sorry, it's just midnight so i cant check right now xD

rubat said there should be errors but when i had this problem, i don’t think i had errors

#

also some of these advanced blood mods do not function on other branches

#

so it’s rather
A: wrong shader
B: wrong branch
C: both
D none of them (and i have no idea)

found it, it was the blood mod, apparently it needs a shader so blankspace was right

if it was missing a shader it should have an error about it in your console, you could have saved time looking there I believe.
Noted that missing shader can do this (I have never had missing shaders) incase anyone else asks in future
