#GitHub - CodeSteel/HowToGMODServer: How ...

I'd agree but it defiantly beats not having a repo at all as a lot of servers seem to operate that way. I never used a multi-repo setup for my servers and the process was good, though I don't see anything wrong with doing it that way.
if you have multiple servers that use the same addon you'll have a mess
For sure but this is HowToGMODServer, not HowToGMODServer(s). Like I said in the readme, this is just based off my personal experience. I appreciate the feedback and I'm sure can both agree there are better ways of doing it. However I believe someone could still benefit from this so I am leaving it as is. If I get motivation I'll make another readme for a more advanced structure but for now it's fine.
I used monorepo on github just to backup addons, lua, data and etc. It's nice that after long time ago you can see how trash or smart you wrote in these days, even if server isn't working. And sometimes I just steal my code from it
Are you sure DeployHQ is free? When creating the account, it said smth along the lines of "You get access to all of DeployHQ's features for free, for 10 days". Does it force me to pay after 10 days? Or do I have no limits now and after 10 days I get limited to 5 deployments per day as you mentioned in the readme? (Solid guide btw, gj)
lol
I think that is just the trial for their premium option. You are able to use a free account indefinitely, just limited to 5 deployments per day.
lmao
I hope that's the case, after using it a few times I cannot imagine going back to manual ftp uploads
Just dont do what I did. I accidently signed up for premium and canceled it, at least I thought, turns out I deleted the account altogether lmao
rip
Yeah, those are they old days for sure. This dev process is so much easier/cleaner to deal with
