I don't have the ability for you to spawn props or move them around yet, but you can freeze/delete/recolor/reposition virtually any map entity that is spawned or otherwise from within the editor GUI.
You can do something like "ulx ent npc_gman" meanwhile though.
@eternal hearth Have you considered adding tooltips?
For example i dont know what exactly this button does, but a tooltip would go a long way

i guess that name just isn't self-evident
Another one. Auto-Save makes me think that my progress will automatically be saved to folder, not think that props will automatically be prepared for a save to folder
Tooltips for that menu will be in the next update. I'll try to make things as clear as possible.
There is a tooltip for the Auto-Save button. Hard for me to know what else to call it but I'm open to ideas.
Decided on "Auto-Mark". Good feedback so far.

Updated with new "tool modes" that function like the toolgun. Includes a Grabber tool that functions like the physgun.
It can be integrated to any gamemode with few codelines
just ~10 lines thats just loads/saves persistence in persistence hooks
