дело не в терминале а в стиме, стим не принимает оплату с карт русских банков.

в этом нет ни какой проблемы т.к. ты легко можешь открыть счёт в зарубежном банке или попросить знакомого (казахтанца, украинца и тд) закинуть тебе деньги на баланс со своей карты

либо можно поискать посредника на сайтах вроде wmcentre, funpay, e.t.c

это легко сделать, киви терминал это просто комп на винде с запущенной программой - там всё легко модифицируется

а отправить на этот счёт можно любую валюту

она просто сконвертируется на стороне стима

баланс то виртуальный, стиму конвертация ничего не стоит

это не деньги в банке, это просто цифорки которые ничего не значат
