What are your specs and how many addons do you have installed? Have you tried;
A) verifying game files in steam
B) launching with no addons at all
And C) was it working before? If so when did it stop working?

16gb of ram, 6gb of vram. GTX 1660 Super, Intel core I5 10th gen. 157 mods. I'm gonna verify the files, I'll launch without mods. And it started crashing when i installed some reskins. Even when i disable the mods it won't work.

should give you 6GB static allocation

there’s no command for vram though so if you’re still crashing with heapsize command, uhhhh

Could be related to the reskins bad textures could definitely do that if they tries to upscale in a wacky way or are using extremely dense poly models. Specs are definitely fine.

Did you verify game files in steam initially?

Easiest solution for you is going to be running the cleanup batch file (if it still exists) after disabling addons to restore to a fresh state

didin't do anything, also if it's important it crashes half way trough loading resources and the map i'm using is d1_trainstation_01

doesn't happen for me when I launch the game with -heapsize set

if the game is shitting itself with no addons & disabled mods, and all files validated/gmod reinstalled, something is wrong with your pc

try doing a memory test, or in the extreme case, reinstall windows (start menu > Reset This PC)
