but the thing is if you get hacked the app in discord can join harmfull discord server and yeah... i would just after the authentication just have there a link or a button join discord and not having sus permissions

No it's not
The token is never saved, plus expires after 2 weeks and can always be revoked instantly by your connections in discord settings
If your not comfortable with it, your not required to use the service. It's provided completely free, no pressure if you want/don't want to use it.
