Playermodel has no animation nor texture

i need help on a playermodel, my friend made the model and we imported it to gmod but for some reason it has no animations and textures. We imported the textures as vtf and vmt but it still doesnt work, and we dont know what to do anymore

have you double check $cdmaterials and see if the directory is correct
