Me and my friend created a DarkRP and we are not able to spawn in anything like cars or weapons because we are not permitted. Any time I search up Admin it's a tutorial on ULX I need a way to become an in game admin who can enable cheats and spawn what I need. Anyone know how?

Otherwise you can just run commands from console
Ngl, if you and your friend cant figure that out without posting on here i dont recommend trying to run a server
