• Constant passive-aggression or "subtle" jabs just train everyone to be more defensive. It kills the fun that the server was made for in the first place
• Follow the rules as they currently exist, even if some members disagree with some of them

Better approach:

• Focus your energy on the parts you actually enjoy like anime discussions, recommendations, friendships, etc. Instead of the meta-drama
