It is, it shocked me how well made 2.0 is for WuWa and it completely blows the previous quests out of the water. 3.0 in HSR wasn't terrible but was a sad letdown for me since the story was ruined by too much padding for exploring, bad presentation for cutscenes, and my luck suffered the most. I could have gotten The Herta or Lingsha if I would have known the two banners have different pity and it ruined me for 3.1. I couldn't enjoy HSR as much anymore, the roster is even more unbalanced, and the powercreep makes so many units pointless.
